Short Sale Documents Required

Items borrower must provide to us to include in the short sale package that is sent to the bank to start the short sale process:

• Third Party Authorization Form
• Borrower Financial Sheet 
• Hardship Letter - handwritten, signed, and dated
• Supporting Hardship Information (Letter of termination, lay off notice, unemployment benefit letter, letter from Doctor, medical documentation, repair bills / receipts, etc.)
• Last two year's Tax Returns with W-2's
• Two Most Recent Consecutive Payroll Stubs
• Two Most Recent Months Consecutive Bank Statements

Items we will include with the above list to complete the short sale package

• Listing Agreement
• Purchase Agreement
• HUD-1
• CMA

Additional items to provide to our team for negotiations.

• Any Recent Lender Correspondence Received
• Divorce Decree (if Applicable)
• Bankruptcy Discharge (if Applicable)
• Death Certificate (if Applicable)
